As La Salle, we believe education transcends borders, cultures, and continents. This month, we are honoured to host three visiting teachers and Lasallians – Laura, Nuria, and Pillar – from our sister school LA SALLE BARCELONA (Spain). Their visit is part of an ongoing academic exchange experience aimed at deepening our shared Lasallian charism while fostering global perspectives in education.
During their time with us, Laura, Nuria, and Pillar are engaging meaningfully with our learners and staff, sharing creative teaching methodologies, facilitating interactive lessons, and continue to inspire our learners with stories of their school, community, and country. This exchange not only broadens the learners’ worldview but also strengthens their sense of belonging to the wider Lasallian family.
As a lasting reminder of their visit and a testament to our commitment to environmental stewardship, each visiting teacher, together with our learners, planted a tree within our school grounds. This simple yet profound act symbolises growth, continuity, and the nurturing role that teachers play in the lives of their learners.
We thank Laura, Nuria, and Pillar for choosing to journey with us in this season and for the love they have shown to every child they encountered. We remain grateful to the La Salle Barcelona for their solidarity and continued partnership in forming young people to become transformative leaders in society.
As the trees they planted take root and grow, may the seeds of knowledge, faith, and service they sowed in our learners’ hearts continue to blossom.
