We wish to express our sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Education for the confidence it has shown in our institution by entrusting us with the responsibility of hosting both the Sub County and County levels of the 2025 Kenya Music Festivals.
This honour has not only brought pride to our school community but has also provided our learners, teachers, and parents with a unique opportunity to experience the richness of Kenya’s cultural and artistic heritage firsthand. Hosting these festivals allowed us to welcome all schools from across Homa Bay County, creating a vibrant platform where talent, creativity, discipline, and teamwork were celebrated.
As the Kenya Music Festivals progress to the National level, we remain committed to supporting the Ministry’s vision of nurturing holistic education through the arts. We recognize that music and performing arts play a crucial role in building confidence, enhancing communication skills, and promoting cultural integration among learners.
We thank all stakeholders, especially the Ministry of Education officials at the Sub County and County levels, the Kenya Music Festival Committee, participating schools, adjudicators, and our dedicated La Salle staff and parents, for their immense support that ensured the success of these festivals. Above all, we congratulate our learners for their discipline, participation, and exemplary performances, which continue to place La Salle School Homa Bay among institutions championing the holistic development of the Kenyan child.
May God bless the Kenya Music Festivals as they proceed to the National stage, and may the talents nurtured in these platforms continue to flourish for the good of our communities and nation.
